AI Scanner
1. Navigate to AI Assistant > ScanIQ > Try It
2. From here, you can click to upload your file or drag and drop it. You can upload a PDF of the file, or even take a picture of it and upload that. The picture does not need to be perfectly clear- even a blurry one may produce good results.
3. Once you have uploaded your file, click 'Scan'.
4. Your document will be scanned by AI. This may take a few minutes.
5. Once scanning is complete, you will be able to view the report information, accounts summary, and the accounts positions.
6. You can now do 2 things with the results: Create an Account, or Create a Model Portfolio.
Create an Account
1. Select the "Create an Account" button at the bottom of the results.
2. From here, you can select who the account will be for- an existing client or prospect, or a new one.
3. If it is for an existing client or prospect, select that option. It will bring you to another screen where you can select who the account will be assigned to.
4. If it is for a new client or prospect, select that option. It will bring you to another screen where you can create the client or prospect.
5. Whichever option you select, hit Save & Continue. From here, you can make any necessary last minute changes to holdings and amounts. If everything looks good, you can create the account and run the PRISM.
Create a Model Portfolio
1. Select the "Create a Model Portfolio" button at the bottom of the results.
2. From here, you can make any edits to holdings, types, and amounts as needed. You can also select the model type, change the model name, and have the option to set it as a strategy or benchmark. Once everything looks good, you can hit "Create Model".
