Custom Risk Levels
Enterprise Level Customers Only
Must be an Administrator to change risk level settings
1. Navigate to Settings > Configuration.
2. Scroll down to Risk Level. Here, you can adjust risk boundaries using simple sliders, select colors from an approved palette, and enter labels and descriptions in both English and Spanish.
Easily add new risk levels, merge or remove existing ones, or revert to standard default settings at any time.
3. To add a risk level, click on the plus icon that says "Click to add risk level".
To remove a risk level, click on the red "X" icons to the right of the risk level description.
To change the color of the risk level, click on the icon of the level's color, which will bring up a palette of other available colors.
