Documents Library for Templates, Model Portfolios, and Custom Securities

StratiFi has a new documents library, where you can upload and store supporting documents for templates, model portfolios, and custom securities.

 

Accessing and Uploading Documents

1. Under Settings, select Templates, and navigate to the Documents Library tab. Here, you can view and upload your documents.

 

2. To upload a document, select "Create Document"

 

3. Click in the gray box to attach a document, or you can drag and drop your file.

 

4. From here, you can choose to give the document a new name, or leave it as is. Once you have made your selections, click "Save".

 

 

Associate Document with Model Portfolio

1. Under Model Portfolios, select Workspace.

 

2. Locate the model portfolio you want to use. Click on the "Documentation" tab.

 

3. Click on "Select from Library".

 

4. From here, select which documents you want to associate by clicking on the checkboxes. Once you have made your selections, click "Save".

 

5. From here, you can also change what order the documents appear in by clicking on the arrows in the "Order" column. You can delete documents by clicking on the trash can icons in the "Delete" column.

 

 

Associate Document with Custom Security

1. Navigate to "Custom Securities" and choose the one that you want to associate a document with.

 

2. Select the "Documentation" tab.

 

3. Click on "Select from Library".

4. From here, select which documents you want to associate by clicking on the checkboxes. Once you have made your selections, click "Save".

 

 

Associate Document with IPS/Proposal Report

1. Navigate to Settings > Templates, and select "Create a new template" for either IPS or Proposal.

 

2. Set up and configure the template to your specifications. Near the bottom is a section titled "Documentation". From here, you can add a document from the documents library.

 

3. Make your selections, then click "Save".

 

4. Next, generate a new IPS/Proposal for your client.

 

5. Once you have made your selections, make sure to use the template you have added the documentation to. Then, click "Generate".

 

6. Scrolling to the bottom of the report, you will see a section for the included document.

 

7. Looking through the PDF of the report, you will also find the included document.
