Enhanced Email Address Validation
We have made enhancements to email validation for advisors. This makes issues with email addresses more visible and gives the option to fix them before sending emails.
Invalid/Missing Email Address
1. When a client or prospect's email address is invalid, you will see a message on their profile.
2. You will also see a message if a client or prospect is missing an email address.
Notification when bulk sending emails
1. When sending emails to bulk update risk tolerances, there will be a message displayed if there are any duplicate emails across the clients.
2. There will also be a section for clients who are missing or have invalid emails.
3. From this screen, you will be able to correct any missing or invalid email addresses.
4. You can also correct any duplicate email addresses. Click on the pencil icon on a client with a duplicate address. From here you can make any changes and save them by clicking the blue checkmark.
5. You can also merge any clients with duplicate emails into a primary client.
