How Do I Add/Edit a Prospect in StratiFi?

How to add a Prospect

1.   Click on the Prospects section.

2.   Once you are in the Prospects section, click on the Add a Prospect button.

 

3.   The Create a New Prospect page will load up. The First Name, Last Name and Email fields are required. 

4. Optionally, you can give them a phone number, assign them to a household, and assign them to an advisor. Once you enter your prospect's information, click save. 

 

 

Lesson: How to edit a prospect’s information

1.   In the Prospects section, click on the prospect that you would like to edit. You will be taken to their page.

 2.   Click the Profile button to bring up their information.

3.   A pop-up window will appear with the prospect’s information. From here you can adjust the information and then hit the Save button to complete the process.
