Stratifi provides you with the ability to add residential real estate to an account.
1. Log into your Stratifi dashboard, go to Clients and select the client that you would like to update with residential real estate holdings
2. On the client overview page, scroll down and click the Add Account button.
When the pop-up screen appears click the Next button.
3. On the next screen click the Input Manually button.
4. Assign an account name, enter the ticker CX_RESRE and the value of the holding(s).
Note: The CX_RESRE ticker only accounts for residential homes.
5. You have now added a residential real estate holding to an account.
Click the Create Account & Run Prism button.
6. Once the PRISM score has been calculated for the account you can use it in proposals.
