Stratifi now offers the ability to create proposals on a household level. Please note that this feature will not be present unless the household has at least two (2) clients.
1. To access this feature log into your Stratifi dashboard and go to the Households link.
2. Next, select a household that has at least two clients.
3. Select the member of the household to whom you are addressing your proposal.
4. Select the ¨Proposal¨ tab and on the next page select the search icon. You will then see the option to select the entire household.
5. Once you have selected the entire household, all the associated accounts will be selected.
6. You can then select your other desired parameters for use in your proposal.
Once you are satisfied with your parameters you can click the ¨Generate Proposal¨ button.
7. In a few moments your proposal will be generated and you can either view it as a PDF report by clicking on the ¨PDF Report¨ button or scroll down the page to view more details of the proposal.
8. If you click on the ¨PDF Report¨ button a screen will appear where you can review and enter the client´s name and add or modify any required disclosure.
9. Once you are satisfied with the contents at this point you can click on the ¨Generate PDF¨ button.
10. Once you have clicked on this button you can then print the document or save it as PDF and email it to your client.
