Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security, reduces unauthorized access risk, protects against identity theft, and enhances protection against cyber attacks.
1. Click on the Settings menu link.
2. Once you are in the Settings section, click on the Security menu link
3. Then click on the 2FA tab and click the Enable Two-Factor Authentication button
4. The Register Two-Factor Authentication page will load up with a QR code. You will need to scan the code with an authenticator app (examples include Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, and LastPass Authenticator), or an authentication service (examples include Authy and Duo Mobile), on your mobile device or computer.
5. Enter the one-time Pin Code and your Current Password. Once that is done, the Registration button will become active; click to register
6. Once you have registered, the Status should now show as Enabled
