1. Open a Client's record, scroll down to the accounts section and click the Add Account button.
2. A pop-up will appear asking if you are managing this account. Select the No option and click the Next button.
3. Select how you will add holding information to the account
4. Once the account is created, the account will be tagged with the Held-Away tag and it will be automatically excluded (see the note below).
Note: When an account is excluded, its scores and value will not contribute to the overall client scores (overall scores are a dollar-weighted average of the account scores) or overall value. Additionally, the account will not be automatically included in proposals or IPSs. If you would like to include a held-away account's scores and value in the overall totals, or use it in a proposal or IPS, then you can simply disable the Exclude option.
