Step 1: Select the Primary Client record
Begin by selecting the client whose record you want the other client to be merged into. This will be the primary client record that retains all the data. Once you are in the primary client record click the Merge button.
Step 2: Using the Merge option
After clicking the Merge button, select the client/prospect record you want to merge into the primary client via the Search/Select an investor field.
Step 3: Review the Merge details
After selecting the other record, the system will display a confirmation message indicating:

Which client is being merged

Which client will remain as the main record
In the example below, Adam Hernandez will be merged into Alexander Davis.
Note - The merge process cannot be undone. Make sure everything looks fine before clicking the Merge button in the pop-up.
Step 4: Review the Merge details
After clicking the Merge button, the system will finalize the process and merge the selected records. You will get a pop-up notification indicating that the records were merged.
