What Happens When I Create A Held-Away Account?
When you create a Held-Away account in Stratifi, there are a few things that occur:
1. The account will be tagged with the Held-Away tag
2. The account will be Excluded.
When an account is excluded, its scores and value will not contribute to the overall client scores (overall scores are a dollar-weighted average of the account scores) or overall value. Additionally, the account will not be automatically included in proposals or IPSs.
If you would like to include a held-away account's scores and value in the overall totals, or use it in a proposal or IPS, then you can simply disable the Exclude option.
